Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund, please adhere to the following conditions:

Time Frame: You must contact us and initiate the return process within 14 days of receiving your order.

Item Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels still attached.
Items Exempt from Returns
Please be aware that the following types of items are non-refundable and cannot be returned:

Pre-Order Items: We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any items purchased as a pre-order. All sales on pre-ordered items are considered final.

Gift cards.

Items not in original condition, are damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return:

We will provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and instructions on where to send your return. Please do not send your item back to us without first receiving this authorization.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a set number of business days.
